1. Scope
These terms apply to Hi Chat, the friend connection, messaging and calling application developed by Quang Minh Trí. Hi Chat is designed for ordinary communication and does not provide random stranger matching or anonymous chat features. Users must follow the terms, community guidelines and child safety standards applicable to Hi Chat.
2. Age eligibility
You must be at least 16, or meet a higher minimum age required by the law where you live, to register for and use Hi Chat. Permission from a parent or guardian does not allow anyone under 16 to use the service. If you have not reached the legal age of majority under applicable law, you must obtain a parent’s or guardian’s consent or authorization to accept these terms where required by law.
3. Account responsibilities
Use only an account you are authorized to operate, provide accurate information when requested and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not misrepresent your age to bypass eligibility requirements, create an account for an underage person or impersonate someone else. Accounts that do not meet the age requirements may be restricted or terminated in accordance with applicable rules.
4. Your content
Share only content you are entitled to use. The final terms must specify the permissions needed to deliver your messages and media, content ownership and how removal requests are handled.
5. Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit children, distribute unlawful content, send spam, commit fraud or interfere with other users’ accounts. Hi Chat’s community guidelines provide product-specific conduct standards.
6. Moderation and account closure
Reporting, blocking, moderation decisions and appeal procedures must be verified against the released service. You can contact support about an account or request deletion through the Hi Chat data deletion page.
7. Availability and changes
Service availability, paid features if any, termination conditions, dispute procedures and applicable legal terms require review before these draft terms take effect.
