1. A community for ages 16 and over
Hi Chat is intended for people aged 16 or older, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. Do not misrepresent your age, lend your account to an underage person or create an account on their behalf. Users aged 16–17 remain protected by the safety standards for minors.
2. Respect other people
Do not bully, harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against or expose private information about another person without authorization. Respect decisions to decline contact or stop a conversation. Do not use another account to continue harassment.
3. Protect minors
CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation and exploitation of anyone under 18 are prohibited. Do not request intimate images, share abuse material or pressure a minor to meet or move to another channel to facilitate abuse.
4. Do not distribute harmful content
Do not use Hi Chat to distribute unlawful content, non-consensual intimate images, threats of violence or encouragement of dangerous conduct. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use.
5. Prevent spam and fraud
Do not send deceptive links, unwanted bulk messages or content intended to steal credentials or money. Do not request passwords or one-time codes, or impersonate the Hi Chat team to obtain user information.
6. Reporting and review requests
Send the account identifier, description and time of the incident to support@quangminhtri.com. For child safety concerns, use the subject “Hi Chat — Child safety”. Do not send CSAM, passwords or one-time codes. If you believe action against your account was mistaken, you may request a review through the same support address with relevant information.
