If you have an active account in any consumer mobile application or enterprise service developed and operated by us, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Method 1: In-App Direct Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
All mobile applications published by Quang Minh Trí feature a native, frictionless self-service account deletion mechanism directly within the app interface:
Open the Application
Launch the relevant mobile app on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are signed into your account.
Navigate to Profile & Settings
Tap your avatar or the gear icon to open Settings, then select Account Security (or Account Profile).
Initiate Account Deletion
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the red button labeled “Delete Account” (or “Request Account & Data Deletion”).
Confirm Permanent Removal
Read the security confirmation prompt and confirm. Your authentication token will be revoked immediately and your account will be queued for immediate permanent scrubbing.
Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the application or can no longer access your mobile device, you can submit an account deletion request through our web channel:

Send an email from the address linked to your account to:

Please include:
1. The name of the application.
2. Your registered email address or phone number.
3. A clear statement requesting permanent deletion of your account and personal data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When an account deletion request is processed:
- Permanently Purged: Your profile data, usernames, email records, hashed passwords, OAuth linkages, chat history, uploaded media, and push notification tokens are permanently purged from active databases.
- Subscriptions Notice: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active recurring subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel active renewals through your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions menu.
- Statutory Retention: To comply with tax, corporate accounting, and statutory anti-fraud mandates under Vietnamese and international law, anonymized financial transaction ledger entries (e.g., tax receipts) are preserved for the statutory retention period (up to 5 years) and cannot be altered.

In-app deletions are executed immediately or within minutes. Web and email deletion requests are verified and completed by our engineering operations desk within forty-eight (48) business hours. You will receive a final confirmation email upon completion.
